BOLI Solutions Group (BSG) has licensed a number of commission-based BOLI sales representatives who have access to our proprietary BOLItracker™ database, Bankers’ ExecuChoice program and other services that we offer to banks. In addition, BSG has several consultants willing to provide services on an agreed-upon fee-for-service basis such as:

• Hourly fees (based on pre-approved hourly billing rates)
• Report fees (for custom or standard reports)
• Project fees (not to exceed a stated budget), or
• Success fees.

We will never bill a bank for fees without a previously-executed engagement letter which clearly authorizes any fees to be charged.
